Moving from a contemporary condo to a home constructed in 1937, the homeowners were keen to blend their modern style with the historic structure. Avanti joined with their interior designer early in the process in order to add our experience to this interior renovation.

To bring this home into the twenty first century, the entire interior was renovated. Avanti brought in the appropriate team of craftsmen to install the various natural finishes selected and restore the original elements of the home that were to remain, like the existing orangerie. The addition of a custom wine cellar was a top priority for the homeowners. Our production manager worked closely with the designer and the HVAC subcontractor to select suitable climate control equipment and custom shelving that fit with both the form and function of the space.
