Looking to create a comfortable space to relax, the homeowners wanted to build an addition to house a new family room and expanded dining room.  The project architect selected a foundation system Avanti had not used before, so we carefully studied all the new product materials.  Moving forward we scheduled meetings with the manufacturer’s representative, the architect, and all of our carpenters and subcontractors who would be working with the product to ensure proper installation.  Through this open and fluid communication, the foundation proceeded exactly as projected and safely supports a fantastic addition to the home.
