Avanti actually had the privilege of working on this residence twice.  We built the original structure as our very first custom home project for a single homeowner.  Years later, the homeowners called Avanti back to expand their home for a growing family.

The new addition, like the existing home, is constructed entirely out of wood and brick, from floor to ceiling.  Seamlessly expanding the initial plan, the new space allowed for a larger dining room and a new master suite.
